Modern design, helpful staff, fully reimbursed for water issue. Charming decor, noisy air conditioning and unreliable wifi. Perfect location in Palermo Soho, friendly and attentive staff. Quiet despite being on popular street. Light breakfast included. Hot shower, English TV channels. Safe and highly recommended. Cool and hip property in the heart of Palermo. Walkable to everything. Great water pressure, big comfy bed, excellent A/C and heat. Beautiful bathroom, fast elevator, spacious lobby.

The hotel's location in Palermo Soho is perfect, right in the center of streets with great food and drink places, and I secure hotel. The room was well-designed with lovely soft furnishings and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Everything is what I need and want.

Perfectly located in the heart of Palermo Soho, surrounded by great food and drink places and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and lovely soft furnishings. The breakfast, although light, includes freshly made espresso. The hotel is quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay.
The room overlooked the street, causing some noise at night, but it didn't disturb our sleep after a long day exploring the city.

The location was very nice for socializing, restaurants, shopping, & night-life options. Helpful hotel attendant. Well-designed, comfortable rooms. Cool and hip hotel. Great amenities.
